“Just this week we had our new windows and doors installed by Mark. From the quote to the installation it was an absolute breeze. He arrived on time and was prompt for the quote which was very reasonable I might add. Once we initiated the job we were given an install date and he arrived promptly at 730am. By the time I got home from work the job was finished and I was shocked at the transformation to the front of the house. It was awesome. We had a triple slider door installed out the back which made the outside come inside when open and when closed its like a vacuum shutting out the wind and cold weather. The heater in the lounge is now only ever on low and there’s no street noise whatsoever. Can’t wait to see the difference in summer. The quality of work was unreal as was the lack of mess and quality of cleanliness at the end of the job. Wouldn’t even have known he was there apart from the new windows and doors. We contacted Mark to attempt to decrease the noise levels in our bedrooms which face onto a very busy main road and the result has surpassed our expectations.  We had to move the kids to the other areas of the house previously as they couldn't sleep with the traffic noise and now we have no issues at all.  The tint adds another bonus - blocking people from seeing what they shouldn't if we leave the curtains open!  As well as the fact that we have decreased our aircon usage as the cool air is no longer leaking out the single glazing.  We have been so happy with the final product that we actually installed additional windows and have a few more planned to try and better insulate the whole house.  The service was top level with Mark turning up exactly when planned, all communication was clear and response times were excellent and he even cleaned up the house when he was finished!  Overall, we are extremely happy with the results and can't wait to get a few more!

A few weeks ago my wife and I started to investigate what would be involved in replacing our single glass windows with double gazed windows in the front of our house in Perth. We had 3 main reasons 1) reducing the noise level from outside 2) reducing the visibility from outside and 3) controlling the heat/cold flow during winter and summer.

Coming originally from a country which is known for its precision and high quality (Germany) we started our research and compared many products and got several first quotes. In the end we chose Vison Double Glazing which offer a product manufactured with German based precision. Mark from Vison Double Glazing came to our house and gave us a really competent first information during a 1:1 conversation. We were able to ask all our questions and concerns which he answered in a professional, competent and honest way. We could see his long year experience in this business as he was able to offer quickly additional solutions/options whenever we had extra wishes. We had our first quote the same day in the email box. It was a lovely experience to see that after a short negotiation the price was fixed. Mark is a man of his word, he stuck with the price that was accepted, there were absolutely no hidden costs. A short time later Mark announced his coming 1 week prior to the day when he would install the new window. Again, that very morning on the minute he arrived and it was a pleasure to see him working. He did an amazing job by removing the old windows and replacing them with our new Argon gas filled double glazed windows. In the afternoon the job was finished, everything inside and outside the house was left behind clean and the new windows just look great. The little extras that Mark suggested (stronger glass for higher noise reduction) fully pay out, we now sleep amazingly well!

I want to note that Mark is not only a competent and very trustworthy handyman, he is also fun to have around, not obtrusive but an open minded communication partner, which makes the whole business very pleasant.
